The company was formed in 2004 to develop the RISK360 Enterprise.NET risk management and compliance system for the Financial Services industry.  That system is now widely used by finance and insurance companies, fund managers and mortgage providers as well as by Government agencies.

In 2010 RISK360 Solutions developed the RISK360 AML system using the Microsoft Dynamics xRM application development platform.  The success of this system led to the development of RISK360 Enterprise.xRM which delivers the systems and tools needed to achieve the enhanced risk management attributes of ISO 31000 – the international standard for best practice enterprise-wide risk management.

With RISK360 Enterprise.xRM the company is uniquely placed to deliver the next generation of risk management systems that readily integrate with business processes, monitor business performance and manage strategic risk.  Its natural integration with familiar Microsoft Office tools helps to promote a culture of risk management and accountability in an organisation.

RISK360 Solutions operates a datacentre facility at Global Switch in Sydney to deliver its risk management solutions to customers as a software service if required.  The company also uses the facility to accelerate the development and implementation of projects giving immediate access to project stakeholders.
